Our senior Management team have over 75 years combined experience of working with some of the most challenging young people in this sector. We don’t just follow the standards set, we set the standards for others to follow.

Our MDT team comprises of:

• Clinical Psychologists

• Teachers

• Mind & Wellbeing coaches (through Mindful Mastery)

• Homes Managers with exceptional track records in Children’s homes

Children’s wishes and feelings are the foundation of our care. Every child should have a sense of belonging and know there is a positive pathway ahead where their wishes and dreams can become reality.

Our core principles are:

The Right therapy for the Right child at the Right time. Young people are seen by the therapies and education team within 48 hrs of becoming part of our home.

Education is delivered from day one of the young persons placement (excluding weekends).

A full report is completed by both the education and therapy team and follows the young person through their 16 weeks stay with us, culminating in a final progress report in week 15.
